Was bei unseren Nachbarn und in weiten Teilen der Welt bereits üblich ist, wird ab dem kommenden Jahr wohl auch in Deutschland umgesetzt. Jedes steuerpflichtige Unternehmen hat einen Anspruch auf eine Zulage von bis zu 500.000 Euro pro Wirtschaftsjahr. 25% der Forschungsaufwendungen (im wesentlichen Kosten durch Personal und Auftragsvergabe) können gedeckelt bei 2 Mio. Euro (damit max. 500.000 Euro) geltend gemacht werden.
Und das Besondere: Auch Unternehmen in Verlustphase werden gefördert!
Ist die festgesetzte Steuer niedriger als die Forschungszulage, wird dieser Betrag als Steuererstattung ausgezahlt. Damit werden auch Unternehmen, die sich in einer Verlustphase befinden und deshalb keine oder nur wenig Steuern zahlen, gefördert. Gerade für Unternehmen in der Wachstumsphase wie Start-ups oder Unternehmen in Schwierigkeiten ist das eine enorme Hilfe.
