Ja, es funktioniert!
Als co-kreativer Prozess für Teams lebt LEGO SERIOUS PLAY [LSP] maßgeblich von interaktiver Zusammenarbeit. Idealerweise in inspirierender Workshop-Umgebung, wo bspw. Dabei bauen wir mit LEGO eigene Denkmodelle in 3D, schaffen individuell visualisierte Ergebnisse, ergänzt mit intuitivem Storymaking und gemeinsamem Spaß als Motivationshebel.
Welche Aufgaben lassen sich mit LSP bearbeiten?
Mit den Händen Denken: LSP bietet Gestaltungsmaterial in fast unbegrenzter Flexibilität (70-80% unserer Gehirnzellen mit den Händen verknüpft). Baue ich intuitiv LEGO-Modelle, dann enthalten diese metaphorisch alle relevanten Informationen. Sie werden durch erklärende Geschichten für Andere nachvollziehbar. Das bearbeitbare Aufgabenspektrum ist quasi unbegrenzt: abstrakte Vision, praktische Strategieentwicklung, Prozesse, Ideensammlung, über Wertegerüste bis hin zu Systemlandschaften und Leitprinzipien etc. lassen sich abstrakt und realitätsnah mit Prototypen simulieren.
Soll etwa die Realität mit LSP nachgebaut werden?
Genau darum geht es nicht bei LSP. Vielmehr gelingt es mit LSP die individuelle und kollaborative Wahrnehmung erlebbar zu machen. Dabei wird nicht auf Perfektion gezielt, sondern auf den Ideen anderer aufgebaut. Also gerade so gut gebaut, um gemeinsam weiter machen zu können. Wir bleiben fokussiert und im Flow, vermeiden sowohl Über- als auch Unterforderung.
Was kann LSP für die Team-Entwicklung leisten?
Teilnehmende werden zu 100% beteiligt. Jeder baut, beschreibt, erzählt, reflektiert individuell und im Team. Persönliche Erfahrungsschätze werden gehoben, die eigene Vorstellungskraft gestärkt und verborgene Kreativität freigelegt. Wertvolle Kompetenzen wie z.B. Empathie, Wertschätzung, divergentes sowie konvergentes Denken und Perspektivwechsel usw. erfahren Förderung „en passant“.
